Learning: Make it what you want!

I love this kid's ideas! I wish we could incorporate this mindset into more of our educational experiences - to all our life experiences, really. Kids should be able to take charge of their learning and direct their education to suit their individual talents and interests. There is a reason for teaching and learning all those traditional, classical subjects; let's apply them to life! Learn because you want to, not because you have to pass a test.
